5-Day Women’s Riding with a Connection Clinic
Transform the language between you and your horse in this immersive 5-day horsemanship experience at Rendezvous Ranch. Designed for riders who want to kick off their riding season with an equine partner that truly understands their cues, this clinic focuses on developing an entirely new depth of feel, trust, and communication. Guided by expert clinicians Michelle Wolf and Chris Jonason—sharing over 60 years of combined equestrian experience—you will discover what it truly means to "dance" with your horse through a highly refined awareness of natural and artificial aids.
Throughout this comprehensive experience, you will build a solid language of trust starting with groundwork focused on pressure and release, before bringing those precise concepts directly into the saddle during classical arena riding sessions. Your partnership will then expand onto our custom 3-acre, 90-obstacle Mountain Trail course and our permanent Working Equitation course, where you will practice navigating complex obstacles and course patterns both in-hand and under saddle. We will be doing 2 days of cavaletti work that will emphasise on moving the shoulders snd getting horses and rider working together in balance. Cater work will be utilized throughout the session and allowing riders to get an adjustable balance canter for advanced obstacle work. Working through lots of transitions so horses understand and develop balanced use of there hindqauters. This will help in canter walk and walk canter as well as backing. So come develop your horse for whatever adventures are in front of you.

Refunds are not offered, but you may reschedule once within that year. To reschedule, please contact us at least seven weeks before your course date. There is a $200 rescheduling fee, valid only within the original booking year and if space is available.
